Today’s post on Friday is all about relaxing. There are a tons of different ways to relax and I’m really curious to know your way. That’s why I’m asking you: how do you relax?
I myself love nothing more than to spend some quality time with Family and Friends. Somehow that always relaxes me. But there are times when you have no one around and you are under a lot of stress. So having a little back up relaxing tip is always useful!
Everybody relaxes in a different way. Everybody has their own method. What relaxes somebody might drive another crazy and vice versa.
One thing that never cease to amaze me is when the sun sets. I know, we see it almost every day (unless the weather is really crappy 🙁 ) But every time I see a beautiful sunset I feel all happy and fuzzy inside 🙂 What better way to end an eventful day then enjoying a wonderful sunset?
Do you like sunsets as much as I do? Or couldn’t you care less about it? And more importantly: how do you relax? I really would love to read your input in the comments below!!
I really like watching the sun go down as the sky changes its colours every few minutes. I could literally take 1’000 pictures per minute but somehow it always looks better in real life and also the pictures can’t make me feel the same way as reality does.
It doesn’t matter where I am or who is with me, a nice sunset always makes me feel happy and calms me down. So if you ever feel sad or anxious try to catch a glimpse of the sun (Sunset or not, feeling the sun on your skin is always great) I hope this “how do you relax?” post was helpful!
