Hey all 🙂
Seeing how it is Monday already also means that it is time for my purple glitter gradient blog post. For this particular mani I paired up two of my all time favourite colour combos. If you wanna know how I did these nails please keep on reading!
As always I started off with a base coat to protect my nails from getting stained and for making the polish last as long as possible. Now I decided to go with the ‘big peel off base coat’ from Sally Hansen because I just can’t stand the hustle of removing glitter polish! If you don’t have any of those you can absolutely use any normal base coat. Then I applied two coats of ‘purple panic’ from China Glaze and let that dry completely.
For the next step I applied the ‘big peel off base coat’ from Sally Hansen around my entire nails to help with the clean up. Again, I waited until that was completely dry before continuing to the next step.
I took a make up sponge and applied the polish called ‘grape shifter’ from Sally Hansen onto my nails. I tried to put the most amount of polish onto the end of the nails to give it the best gradient look as possible.
After I applied a clear top coat to make the gradient look better I decided to go over it with a matte top coat to make it a bit more special. I am really happy with how they turned out and I will definitely be doing this design again sometime in the future.
Thank you for reading my purple glitter gradient post and I hope you liked it. As always feel free to leave a feedback or suggestions in the comments below.
Have a lovely week, stay safe and be happy 🙂
xoxo
