Hey you!
Are you ready for my spring triangle nails? I am so very exited for spring to come that I just had to make some ‘happy’ nails. Now don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love winter and snow but at this point, I am over it!
First of, pick out three polishes of your choosing. They can be any shade, matching or not. Mine are spring colours because that’s what I want this design to represent.
The base colour is two coats of ‘Malibu Peach’ by Sally Hansen. This is such a gorgeous peachy shade, it’s one of my favourite shades for spring and summer! Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of this step, sorry.
Before we move on with this design and use tape, make sure to go over all your nails with a top coat. This will make sure that once you remove the tape, the polish underneath will still look flawless. Now take a piece of regular scotch tape and tape a little triangle of your nails off with it.
Next up is ‘Get Juiced’ also from Sally Hansen. This pretty pink shade works really well with the peach one and I feel like they compliment each other very well. Don’t forget to remove the tape right after you finish applying the polish.
Go over all your nails with a top coat again for the same reason as before. We don’t want to mess up our design at this stage, that would be sad. Grab the scotch tape again and ‘Game of Chromes’ from Sally Hansen and colour in the triangle on the other side of the nail. Again, right after doing that, remove the tape!
Last but not least, go over all your nails with a top coat again. This is the last one I promise because now the design is finished! This design is very simple but it looks really good in my opinion so go ahead and give it a go.
I hope you enjoy reading this tutorial and please feel free to let me know of any questions, requests or feedback you might have. I would love to hear from you and to include you in my blogging process which ever way possible.
Have a wonderful week ahead of you, filled with lots of sunshine and love!
