Hey you š
Winter means sweater season and that means sweater nails. TheĀ design that inspired me I saw sometimeĀ last year and always wanted to try them out. For some reason, I have never tried them before butĀ am so glad I did them now. I really liked the way they turned out, even if it is in no way perfect. But fromĀ afar, they look pretty awesome!
Paint your nails with two coats of ‘Russian Navy’, a polish from OPI that is a pretty amazing colour in my opinion.
With ‘Alpine Snow’ from OPI, create a rectangle in the middle of the nails. You might need to paint two or three coats of white to make it opaque.
Make fine lines through the rectangle with a small brush and the ‘Russian Navy’ polish. It should look something like this:
With an even smaller brush and ‘Alpine Snow’ create little triangles onto the little triangles š I hope it makes sense!
The design will probably need a lot of fine tweaks and fixes if you recreate it, I sure had to make a lot of them.
Thank you for reading my sweater nails post and I hope you enjoyed it! Please leave any suggestions or requests in the comments below. I would love to hear from you.
