Hello cuties 🙂
Today’s post is a bit different than usual…I wanted to show you guys how to easily remove glitter nail polish and I realized that it would be best if I would do that in a video. When I was done editing the video I realized how much work goes into them. That’s why I decided to also post it on YouTube. I mean, the video was already done, so why not?!
Anyways so here is all you need to easily remove glitter nail polish from your nails:
– A cotton pad. It can also be a cotton ball or whatever you have in your household
– A nail polish remover. I’m pretty sure this will work with most removers.
– Aluminum foil. Just a small peace of it
– scissors. I couldn’t find my scissor anywhere so I just took my Swiss Army Knife 😉
Cut the cotton pad into 4 equal pieces and the aluminum foil into 4 long rectangles. You must be able to wrap the aluminum foil around your fingertips, so don’t make them to small. I have seen a lot of tutorial where they use a crazy amount of foils, I personally don’t think that’s necessary! But please do as you’d like 🙂
Alright, the rest of the steps on how you can easily remove glitter nail polish is in the video below! Enjoy and I really hope you like it 🙂
If for some reasons you can’t watch the video I’ll explain the next steps here:
1) Soak the cotton pad with nail polish remover and place onto your nail
2) Take a piece of aluminum foil and wrap it around your nail
3) Keep the foil on your nail for about 30 seconds (I can always feel the tip of my fingers getting warmer, but I’m not sure if that’s the way it’s supposed to be or not)
4) After the 30 seconds slightly move the foil and cotton pad from left to right
5) Now you should be able to take the foil off and all that’s left is some glitter here and there. These left over glitters can now easily be removed with a cotton pad and some polish remover.
Feel free to leave any kind of feedback in the comments below. That did you think of my “how to easily remove glitter nail polish” video?
